How much does the HRA Software cost?
The HRA Software programs are very reasonably and competitively priced. The cost depends on a number of factors including the product purchased, Employee and Operator capacities, any Optional Modules taken and the amount of Implementation Process and Training required. HRA Software programs can be purchased outright or rented on a monthly basis. Please contact us for more details.


What is included in the pricing?
Our pricing is All-Inclusive. The purchase Invoice details the Software License Fee, Software Installation, an Implementation Planning Service (IPS) plus setup of the Software Parameters, specialized Formulas and Customization within the software. Also included are Staff Training, and the first year of the Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA). The AMA includes Toll-Free Telephone Support, all Software Upgrades and attendance at either of the two Annual Conferences.


Who is responsible for the data entry?
The responsibility of data input and ownership of HRA ultimately rests with the client. On most installations we can bring information from some other system to give a good initial starting point. This initial data can be from another HRIS that is being superseded by HRA, data in spreadsheets, or information from the payroll. We can generally get a good amount of information using our highly developed integration tools for the start of the implementation. Once the data is brought in then the setup of the software starts. This includes customizing HRA for your company through the extensive Global Parameters and the highly customizable code tables. From there the data can be entered by the HR staff, by the Managers and by the Employees directly (Employees require the optional Employee Self-Serve Module).


How much experience is needed?
Obviously, more experience is better but we see all levels of experience in our customers. Some customers have never used or even seen an HRIS while others have extensive experience on many systems. With the former customers, it is a testament to the design and concepts within HRA that novice users are up and running so quickly. With the experienced operators we get an praise and also an informed comparison which helps us on our path to continuously improve our products.


How long does the Implementation Process take?
HRA Implementation Specialists from HRA work diligently with each new client to ensure a successful and expedient implementation of HRA. The typical length of time for an HRIS Implementation to be up and running is 3-6 months. For HRA Open4Hire implementation can take just a few days.


What if I only have a small number of employees?
There is HRA Personal Assistant, the lite version of HRA, for smaller companies. This is an inexpensive, entry-level version of HRA for smaller companies to be able to use an HRIS that is matched to their company size and requirements. If your company grows later you can simply upgrade to any of the main versions of HRA to realize the broader power of HRA and keep all the data already entered.  Complete a Request Information for more information on the HRA Personal Assistant.

 

What if I have an HRIS already?
As mentioned above, we can convert data over from existing legacy systems, including an HRIS. We have converted many legacy systems. People change to HRA for a large variety of reasons. We are quite used to manipulating the data from other HRIS or external programs to get the information out of them and into HRA.


How are Open4Hire and the HRA HRIS integrated?
Our two products are highly integrated. Open4Hire reads the setup table from within the HRA HRIS for the company structure and the position information. In return, when an employee is hired in Open4Hire, a considerable amount of information is passed into HRA HRIS. Complete a Request Information for more information or to see the products live.


How can I integrate the HRA HRIS with my payroll?
Nearly all of our clients have their systems integrated with their payroll system. HRA can integrate with most payroll programs in the marketplace. Steps to run the integration can be automatic or take just a few minutes once per payroll and are very easy to do.


What if I am outside of the U.S. and Canada?
We handle clients in many different countries and time zones. We have the technology and means to be able to give live training and support in any time zone. We have clients ranging from Hawaii, all across North America, the Caribbean, Europe and Africa to the Middle East. We are currently in the process of adding Australia and Asia.
